To increase the safety of passengers and drivers, Lux Express has implemented a five-level safety system in absolutely all buses.
- Firstly, all buses have a hand sanitiser near the front and middle doors.
- Secondly, all passengers should wear a mask on the bus which they can ask from the driver if they do not have one.
- Thirdly, a new 'double seat' seating class has been introduced and can be bought and used by any passenger for 1.5 tickets cost.
- Fourthly, all Lux Express buses are intensively cleaned and disinfected after each journey.
- Finally, in collaboration with our partner, we have developed a special new bus ventilation control software to reduce the spread of the virus. The new ventilation system significantly increases the fresh air in the bus cabin, reducing the amount of air consumed and circulating in the cabin.
