Due to the prolongation of closure of the Vaalimaa border crossing point in Finland Lux Express prolongs suspension of its bus services on Helsinki – St. Petersburg route until further notice.
Therefore we offer passengers with tickets for the cancelled departures the following options:
1. Change tickets to other Lux Express destinations (e.g. routes connecting St. Petersburg with Tallinn, Riga). To change destination, please contact our customer support team.
2. Receive a compensation voucher for a future trip on any Lux Express route. The voucher is valid for 1.5 years from the date of issue and its monetary value corresponds to the amount spent on the previously purchased ticket. The passenger can spend the voucher monetary value for one or several trips, as long as the total value of the tickets’ cost does not exceed the amount of funds on the voucher.
3. Monetary refund. You can request a voucher or a refund online on the Lux Express website under “Ticket change and return” section.
NB! You can request a refund/voucher in the self-service only with previously unexchanged tickets to future dates (original tickets). If your ticket has been changed before, please contact Lux Express Customer Service.
