Tickets can be conveniently changed both on the Lux Express website and on the app. Standard class tickets can be exchanged up to an hour before departure, comfort class tickets until the start of the trip. The ticket can be changed up to three times.
When changing tickets then the price difference between the old and new ticket will need to be paid in case the cost of the new ticket is more expensive at the time of the exchange.
