You can only change tickets purchased from luxexpress.eu or the Lux Express mobile app (if the ticket was purchased elsewhere, please contact Lux Express customer service to make changes).
A ticket can be changed up to three times, and a changed ticket cannot be refunded. (A ticket purchased with a 100% discount code can be changed for free only once by calling customer service.)
When changing a ticket, the passenger must pay the price difference between the original and the new ticket if the new ticket price at the time of change is higher (e.g., a promotional ticket).
