How to buy a campaign ticket?
When buying a ticket on the Lux Express website or in the mobile app, enter your desired departure and destination stops in the journey search, select “Senior 60+” as the discount type, and enter the promo code SEENIOR in the “Code” field. Then simply choose your preferred departure.
The discount applies only to standard seats.
- The 60% campaign discount is calculated from the full ticket price. Discounts cannot be combined or accumulated.
When using a Senior Campaign ticket, the passenger must present valid proof of eligibility (ID card, passport, or driver’s license). If the passenger does not meet the discount conditions or is unable to provide proof, they will be required to pay the price difference between the discounted ticket and the corresponding full-price ticket.

When buying from Tpilet website, search for a suitable trip and select your preferred departure. Then choose the ticket type “Over 60 years (incl.)”, select your seat, and enter the promo code SEENIOR in the “Code” field.

1. Who is eligible for the senior discount?
The senior discount applies to all passengers aged 60 and above. To use the discount, a valid identity document must be presented (e.g. ID card, passport or driver’s licence). For international routes, passengers must carry a valid ID card or passport.
2. On which days of the week can I use the discount?
The -60% campaign discount is valid for travel from Monday to Thursday and can be used until 18 December 2025.
3. Can someone else buy the ticket for me?
Yes. Someone else, such as a family member or friend, can purchase the ticket for you. It is important that the correct passenger details are indicated on the ticket and that the passenger carries a valid identity document (e.g. ID card, passport or driver’s licence) during the trip to confirm eligibility for the discount.
4. Can I buy a 60% discount ticket at the bus station?
Yes. Only in Estonia, you can purchase tickets at bus station ticket offices. To receive the discount, simply mention the Senior Campaign to the cashier.
5. Can I buy the ticket from the bus driver?
-60% campaign tickets cannot be purchased from the bus driver. When buying a ticket from the driver, seniors receive the regular discount: 40% on domestic routes within Estonia and Latvia, and 10% on international routes. To ensure a faster and more convenient boarding process, it is recommended to purchase your ticket in advance via the Lux Express website or mobile app. In Estonia, tickets can also be purchased from T-ticket machines or at the bus station.
6. Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Tickets can be presented either printed out or digitally on a smartphone or other device.
7. How will I know when my stop is approaching?
Upcoming stops are announced via audio on the bus, and displayed on the main screen. Additionally, the media screen shows the real-time route of the bus.
8. Is there a toilet on the bus?
Yes. All Lux Express buses are equipped with a toilet. During the trip, you can also enjoy free hot drinks — coffee, tea, or cocoa.
9. Can someone help me get on the bus?
Yes. Assistance is available from the bus driver or Lux Express customer service if needed. We recommend informing us of any assistance requirements when purchasing your ticket or planning your trip, so we can support you in the best possible way.
10. Are there assigned seats on the bus?
Yes. All Lux Express buses have assigned seating, and passengers must sit in the seat indicated on their ticket.
