Each passenger is entitled to bring 2 pieces of luggage free of charge:
1 piece of hand luggage that does not exceed 45 × 35 × 20 cm (length × width × height).
1 larger piece of luggage weighing up to 30 kg and not exceeding 70 × 30 × 55 cm (length × width × height).
According to our luggage policy, passengers may exceptionally bring more than the allowed luggage if there is enough space in the luggage compartment and the bus driver agrees to accommodate the additional luggage. The bus driver will make the final decision regarding extra luggage based on the situation at hand.

If your plans change, campaign tickets can be modified. When changing a campaign ticket, the passenger is required to pay the price difference between the original and the new ticket if the new ticket’s price is higher at the time of the change in the booking system.
