Please note: On the Prague connection, the Leo Express train has 5 available seats. You can select your seat from these options.

The Lux Express bus
Lux Express is an international bus operator connecting major cities across the Baltic States and Warsaw, while also providing domestic services in Estonia and Latvia. The company operates a fleet of 105 high-comfort coaches.

The company’s network spans the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland, with core routes including Prague – Olomouc – Ostrava and continuing to Kraków and Warsaw, Poland or Prešov, Slovakia.
Looking ahead, the company plans new international connections in 2026, including routes from Prague via Olomouc to Bratislava, and from Przemyśl via Kraków and Prague to Frankfurt and Frankfurt Airport.

1. Can I change the ticket?
Tickets cannot be changed, but they can be refunded, after which you can purchase a new ticket for the desired travel date.
2. Can the tickets be refunded?
Tickets can be refunded through the same channel where they were purchased, and the refund rules of that environment apply. For example, if the ticket was bought on the luxexpress.eu website, it can also be refunded through the same site.
3. What discounts apply?
Lux Express journey segments are subject to Lux Express discounts.
The Leo Express segment has a fixed price, and discounts do not apply.
4. Where is the train boarding point?
The bus terminates at Warsaw Zachodnia bus station, and the train departs from Warsaw Zachodnia railway station. The distance between them is about 320 meters. A map with both locations is included with the ticket, and the customer also receives it separately by email when purchasing the ticket.
5. Can I travel with a bicycle?
Unfortunately, traveling with a bicycle is not permitted.
6. Can I travel with a pet?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on Lux Express international routes.
7. What if I forget something on the bus/train — how do I get it back?
If you left an item on a Lux Express bus, please fill in the form on our website, and the lost item process will follow Lux Express rules.
If the item was left on a Leo Express train, you need to contact Leo Express directly.
8. How much luggage can I bring?
On Lux Express buses, the rule is two pieces: one to be placed in the luggage compartment and one smaller piece to be taken into the cabin.
9. Will a Lux Express journey count toward my 10-trip balance?
Lux Express trips count both toward the loyalty program and toward the 11th free trip.
