Liepaja - Riga - Daugavpils: ticket sales are now open!
Lux Express started selling tickets on April 18 for a commercial passenger transportation route of regional importance Liepāja- Riga- Daugavpils.
"The 2nd of May is quickly approaching, when we will start commercial passenger transportation on the route from Riga to Liepāja, and from the 3rd of May on the route from Liepāja to Riga to Daugavpils. Since we announced our plans to start passenger transport on these routes, we have observed considerable interest from potential passengers – not only from Liepāja, Daugavpils, and Riga, but also from Saldus and Jēkabpils. This is not surprising, as these cities will also have stops on the new routes. This makes us optimistic that our services will be in demand," said Aldis Ķibēns, the Head of Baltic Business Development of Lux Express.
He adds that this only confirms Lux Express's belief that passengers should have the option to choose the quality of service they want.
Ticket sales will take place on the company's website, with prices from Liepāja to Riga starting at 10 euros, from Riga to Daugavpils starting at 8 euros, and from Liepāja to Daugavpils starting at 16 euros.
