Car Free Avenue project in Tartu temporarily changes the traffic management. 

Buses passing through Vabaduse Boulevard in Tartu (Tallinn-Tartu route) will be diverted via Narva Road until 14 August.

This means that Lux Express buses arriving from Tallinn to Tartu stop at the Atlantis stop instead of the Raeplatsi stop.
