Changes to the Tallinn – Kärdla route starting June 1
Starting June 1, adjustments will be made to the Lux Express Tallinn–Kärdla bus route. To ensure a more relaxed and seamless ferry connection, the departure time from Tallinn will be moved five minutes earlier — from 16:50 to 16:45.
The schedule changes will also include new stops in Hiiumaa. Starting in June, the route will include Käina kool and Prählamäe stops to improve local residents’ access to the service. In Kärdla, the bus route will also be adjusted. In addition to the existing stops – Kärdla Bus Station and Kärdla Keskväljak – buses will begin stopping at a new Padu stop, located near the Tormi shopping center. This new stop brings the service even closer to the everyday routes of local residents.
During the summer season, from June 1 to August 31, Lux Express will operate a seasonal Tallinn–Haapsalu–Käina–Kärdla route. Buses will depart daily from Tallinn at 9:30 and from Kärdla at 15:00, offering a convenient connection between the mainland and Hiiumaa throughout the summer.
