Lux Express is adding extra buses to the route for the holiday season

Lux Express will operate up to twenty additional trips during the Christmas and New Year period, serving the most popular departure times with multiple buses. Several adjustments have also been planned for the schedules to provide additional departures on days with higher demand. This year, the extra departures that usually run on Fridays and Sundays will also operate on Monday, December 23, and Thursday, December 26.

Lux Express's Estonian Business Manager, Ingmar Roos, stated that the approximately twenty additional trips will primarily be on the Tallinn-Tartu and Tallinn-Pärnu routes, as demand for these routes tends to rise the most during the holiday season based on past years' data. “We will use all available equipment to ensure that holiday travel for Estonian passengers takes place,” he added. Roos emphasized the importance of purchasing bus tickets for the holidays in advance. “If tickets for the desired Tallinn-Pärnu or Tallinn-Tartu departures are sold out, it is worth keeping an eye on the luxexpress.eu website to buy tickets for potential additional buses,” Roos noted.
