Lux Express does twenty extra trips during the Christmas and New Year period, serving the most popular departure times with several buses. Several changes are also planned in the timetables, which make it possible to offer additional departures on days with higher demand. This is how some extra trips that were supposed to take place on Sundays will take place on December 26 and January 1 instead.

Ingmar Roos, the business manager of Lux Express Estonia, said that a few dozen extra trips will be made especially on the Tallinn-Tartu and Tallinn-Pärnu routes, because based on the statistics of previous years, the increase in passenger demand on these routes is the highest during the holidays. "We use all the equipment that we can put on the route for Estonian people's holiday rides," he added. Roos emphasized that bus tickets must be bought early for the holidays, but added that if the tickets for the departure of the desired Tallinn-Pärnu or Tallinn-Tartu line have already run out, it is definitely worth keeping an eye on the luxexpress.eu page to buy a ticket for a possible additional bus.
