From February 1, Lux Express operates three daily departures on the Tallinn - St. Petersburg route. Buses leave Tallinn at 7:00 a.m., 3:45 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Buses depart from St. Petersburg to Tallinn at 8:45 a.m., 4:00 p.m. and 11:15 p.m.

Passengers from Ida-Virumaa can travel from Jõhvi and Narva to Petersburg with two additional daily trips. The Riga-St. Petersburg route has two daily departures in each direction since the beginning of February. Lux Express buses depart from the Riga bus station at 7:30 a.m. and 6:45 p.m. and from the St. Petersburg bus station at 11:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. The scheduled trip from Tallinn to St. Petersburg lasts approximately 7 hours, the trip from Riga takes 10.5 hours. The length of the trip depends on border and customs procedures.

All Lux Express buses on the St. Petersburg route stop at the marked bus stop on Peetri Square in Narva. After the stop, Petersburg passengers continue the border crossing process in the general order.

After crossing the border, passengers cross the bridge, where border control is carried out by the Border Guard of the Russian Federation. After the border control, the Lux Express bus will wait for passengers in the marked waiting area, which is located approx. 250 meters from the border control building. From there, the journey continues to St. Petersburg.

The St. Petersburg - Tallinn bus stops approx. 250 meters from the border control building upon reaching the Ivangorod border crossing. Passengers take all their personal belongings from the bus and go through border control. After crossing the bridge, passengers pass through the automatic gates with a biometric passport at the Narva border crossing, and those passengers who need to physically check their travel document are directed to a separate control area applied to bus passengers. Then, the passengers head to the bus waiting at Peetri square, which travels to Tallinn or Riga, respectively.

Lux Express has planned to operate a crew of two bus drivers for each trip to ensure comprehensive assistance to passengers and a regular schedule.

The Lux Express bus stop location and pedestrian route are marked on the map:
