Lux Express: no one rides the bus standing up, not even during the holidays
Lux Express has changed its timetables for this week, serving the usual additional Friday departures this week on Thursday, when higher demand is expected.
Thus, Lux Express will add a total of more than 20 departures to the Tallinn-Tartu, Tallinn-Pärnu, Tallinn-Haapsalu, Tallinn-Kuressaare and Tallinn-Narva routes to serve the larger passenger flows the day before Christmas.
Ingmar Roos, the business manager of Lux Express Estonia, said that the trips were added to those times when, looking at the movements of previous years, the demand has been the highest to meet the expectations of passengers.
Roos added that Lux Express does not have to be afraid of overcrowding, and there are exactly as many tickets sold on each bus as there are seats: “No one stands up on the buses or sits on the floor. You can relax comfortably while traveling - you can enjoy almost ten Christmas-themed films or more than 200 other themed films on the bus's media screens. It is important that you can easily take time off on the bus and enjoy the journey. ”
