Lux Express reintroduces bus stops in Riga

Due to demand from international passengers, Lux Express has reintroduced several bus stops in Riga, the company announced.

“To ensure our passengers are satisfied with the services we provide and to continue improving it, we regularly conduct customer surveys. The introduction of new bus stops in Riga was one of the most requested improvements from our international route passengers,” said Rait Remmel, Head of International Route Network at Lux Express.

He also emphasized that the company is fully aware of how important mobility is for both leisure and business travelers — the ability to board or disembark in the very center of Riga and plan convenient travel within the city limits. Therefore, the company is pleased to have restored the stops in Riga.

New stops have been introduced in Jugla — for both inbound and outbound routes to and from Riga and Tallinn. In the city center, the Esplanade stop will be used for passengers disembarking from international routes arriving from Tallinn, while the Tērbatas Street stop will serve as a boarding point for routes heading to Tallinn.

Tickets for Lux Express routes can be purchased on the company’s website, luxexpress.eu, or via the Lux Express mobile app. In addition, all Lux Express routes between the Baltic states and Warsaw offer free bicycle transport, which can also be reserved during the ticket purchase process on the website.
