From January 1, Lux Express will open a new bus line no. 135 Tallinn - Paide - Türi - Viljandi which will change the departure times of the busses.
The morning Lux Express departure will leave Viljandi at 7.30 am (instead of 7.45 am) and the lunch departure will be replaced by 3.30 pm (before 1.00 pm). From Tallinn Bus Station the new departure times are at 11.00 and 18.00.
According to Ingmar Roos, the business manager of Lux Express Estonia, the company was motivated to change the schedule due to the feedback received from passengers: “In October, we conducted an online survey to find out the preferences of Viljandi residents regarding departure times and routes, and made changes based on the answers recieved.”
With the arrival of the new bus line and the closure of the old Tallinn-Viljandi line (no. 134), from January 1st Lux Express will no longer serve the Imavere and Kurla bus stops. The stops on the Tallinn - Paide - Türi - Viljandi line are as follows: Tallinn Bus Station, Tallinn Airport, Paide Bus Station, Türi keskväljak, Särevere, Oisu, Võhma rist and Viljandi Bus Station.
