Lux Expressi frequent traveler program
You join our frequent traveler program by entering your email address when purchasing a ticket. Every time you buy a ticket using the same contact details, you’ll be collecting trips as a frequent traveler.
11th ticket for free
With every 10 trips, we’ll reward you with 1 free ticket for any Lux Express departure. If at least half of your 10 trips were in Relax Class, the code you receive will also be valid for Relax Class.
Example: If you travel 10 times between Tallinn and Haapsalu, we’ll give you one free ticket on any route of your choice (including international routes).
Only tickets purchased at regular price are counted (campaign/promotional tickets are excluded)
Modified tickets are not counted
Campaign/promotional tickets are not counted
Tickets with a price of 0€ are not counted
Only tickets purchased via luxexpress.eu or the Lux Express mobile app are counted
Only 1 ticket per trip is counted (even if more than one ticket was bought for the same trip using the same email address)
If at least half of the 10 trips were made in Relax Class, the 11th ticket code will also be valid for Relax Class
A ticket purchased with a gift code can be changed once (date or departure time) free of charge through Lux Express customer service

Frequent traveler
Once you’ve collected 30 trips, you’ll become a Frequent Traveler, which means you’ll get 10% off all Standard Class tickets and 20% off Relax Class tickets. The discount is applied during ticket purchase after entering passenger details. Only trips made in the last 12 months count toward this status.
Example: You bought tickets for yourself and a companion using the same email address. After the trip, only 1 ticket is added to your account. Your companion receives zero counted trips.
Campaign and 0€ tickets are included in the trip count
Only tickets purchased on luxexpress.eu or via the Lux Express app are counted
Only 1 ticket per trip is counted (even if more than one ticket was bought using the same email)
Trips expire after 12 months, but your Frequent Traveler status remains valid for 6 months
You can view your travel history by creating an account on luxexpress.eu using the email address you use for bookings.
You can also create an account and track your travel history in the Lux Express mobile app (available on the App Store and Google Play).
