In connection with the opening celebrations of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024, Vabaduse pst (section Uueturu tn - Magistri parking lot) will be closed in the city of Tartu. The closure will start on January 26 at 12:00 and the closure will end at 00:00.

The change concerns Lux Express departures:
From Tallinn at 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00, 20:00.

On January 26, these departures of the Tallinn-Tartu line will be diverted via Narva mnt, and the buses will stop at the Atlantis stop instead of Raeplats.
