Ticket cancellation and refund

Ticket refund conditions:

Tickets can be refunded up to one hour before departure (except for Frequent Travellers, who can request a refund up until departure).

If the refund is requested 1–24 hours before departure, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded minus a €1 service fee per ticket.

If more than 24 hours remain before departure, 100% of the ticket price will be refunded minus a €1 service fee per ticket.

Tickets can only be refunded through the original point of purchase. If you purchased your ticket via luxexpress.eu or the Lux Express mobile app, you can request a refund through our self-service portal HERE.  If the ticket was purchased from an agent, please contact the agent directly regarding the refund.

Tickets purchased as part of a campaign are non-refundable. It is also not possible to refund a ticket that has already been changed. However, you may cancel the ticket to release the seat for other passengers.
