Is it possible to get an invoice?

After purchasing a ticket on Lux Express official website it’s impossible to receive a receipt.

The receipt is provided after ticket purchasing at any of Lux Express Customer Service Offices.

If you buy tickets as a member of a company which is registered in the Russian Federation and you need a receipt for some reports, we would recommend you purchase tickets through invoice payment. The detailed information about the invoice payment is available here.
