While boarding on all international routes, the passenger needs to provide personal identification documents according to which will cross the state borders (passport, ID-card).

During check-in, bus driver or other Lux Express representative check valid documents for border crossing (passport, ID-card or visa if it's necessary). Please be informed that the residence permit is not a travel document.

It is each passenger’s responsibility to find out about current entry and exit regulations and to take the required documents with them.

Carrier has the right to refuse to provide carriage services and to refuse to refund the ticket in case if the passenger does not have a valid travel document while boarding the coach for the international departure.

If the passenger is traveling with minors, the requirements must be checked before the trip.
