How to purchase tickets for preschool Children on Latvian Domestic Routes?
We have updated the ticket purchasing process for children (up to and including 7 years of age) on Latvian domestic routes to ensure parents can buy a child's ticket for a seat next to them.
The new child ticket purchase process includes the following steps:
• First, the parent or guardian must purchase their own ticket, selecting a seat where the seat next to it is available during the ticket purchase process.
• Once the parent has received their ticket, they can purchase the child's ticket (up to and including 7 years of age) by calling Lux Express customer service at +371 677 81350 from 08:00 to 20:00 in Latvian, English, or Russian. For calls between 20:00 and 08:00, contact +372 680 0909 in English, Russian, or Estonian. Alternatively, a ticket request can be sent also via email [email protected], providing all necessary information.
We remind parents to plan their journey in advance to ensure a smooth ticket purchase.
