FAQ for Business Travelers
1. Can I work comfortably on board?
Yes. All our buses are equipped with free Wi-Fi, power outlets at every seat, spacious seating, and foldable tables, making it easy to stay productive or prepare for meetings.
2. What are the seating options for business travelers?
Depending on your route and bus type, you can travel in Standard Class or enjoy the extra space and privacy of Relax Class. On the Tallinn–Tartu route, in addition to these options, there is also the Group Seat - a four-seat table setup.
3. Is my ticket flexible if my meeting schedule changes?
Yes. With our Flexible Ticket, you can easily change the date or time of your trip. Please note that up to one hour before the departure, it is possible to conveniently change your ticket. When changing a ticket, the passenger must pay the price difference between the original and the new ticket if the new ticket price at the time of change is higher (e.g., a promotional ticket).
4. How early should I arrive before departure?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth boarding process.
5. Can I travel with colleagues and be seated together?
Yes. When booking, you can select seats together. Group Seats are also available on Lux Express Superior buses for small teams.
6. Are refreshments available on board?
Yes. Complimentary hot drinks (coffee, tea, cocoa) are available on all buses. On domestic routes, bottled water can be purchased for 1 €, while on international routes bottled water is provided free of charge.
7. If I am a frequent traveler, is water free for me?
Yes. Once you have obtained Frequent Traveler status, bottled water is provided free of charge.
8. What if I need to take calls during the trip?
You may use your phone, but for the comfort of all passengers we recommend keeping calls short and discreet. Please note that using speakerphone on the bus is not permitted.
9. Do business travelers get loyalty benefits?
Yes. Travelers who book using the same email address will have their trips collected, and after a certain number of journeys, they can achieve Frequent Traveler status and unlock discounts. Read more here.
